Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered after a thorough investigation by our engineers confirms a fault caused by our work or services.
Refunds will not be granted if the fault arises from customer negligence, third-party interventions, or ignoring our engineers’ recommendations.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service visit or completion of work.
Warranty & Visit Charges
We provide a 12-month parts and labour warranty on new installations, excluding any third-party supplied parts.
Follow-up visits related to confirmed faults covered under our warranty are free of charge.
If a visit finds no fault or the issue is outside our responsibility or warranty terms, the minimum visit charge applies.
Refund Process
Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
Partial refunds may be considered where applicable, depending on the nature of the service and parts used.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure personal belongings and furnishings are protected before our engineer’s attendance.
The company cannot accept liability for any damage to property if protective steps are not taken by the customer.
Limitations
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control and will not provide refunds for such delays.
Refunds do not cover any consequential losses, inconvenience, or costs incurred by the customer.
Dispute Resolution
All refund and complaint requests must be made in writing.
We commit to responding to all refund requests within 10 working days.
